Job summary

The role collaborates with the HR team to ensure regulatory compliance and effective records management within a busy agency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources required or equivalent.
• CHRL preferred, or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, orientation and training duties including job postings, interviews, references and onboarding.
• Workforce planning and staffing analysis in coordination with scheduling.
• Administer compensation, benefits and salary administration processes.
• Oversee leaves, disability management, health and safety programs.
• Support employee relations and investigations as required.
• Provide HR advisory services and guidance to departments.
• Maintain HR records and information systems; generate reports.
• Flexibility to adapt duties based on operational needs.
