Job summary

You will support the HR team across various functions, maintaining employee files and handling high volumes of candidates with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or equivalent preferred.
• CHRP designation or actively pursuing is an asset.
• Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
• Construction industry knowledge is an asset.
• Experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates using latest tools and strategies.
• Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
• Prepare job postings, resume screenings, and interviews.
• Maintain and update employee files.
• Handle high volume recruitment on a national level.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents.
• Travel may be required.
• Support other HR tasks as needed.
