Job summary

The ALDO Group is seeking a motivated HR Shared Services Center Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and inquiries through the HRIS and ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will audit data, generate HR reports, and assist with compliance processes while delivering a high-quality employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in HR, admin, or shared services.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline HR contact, triaging inquiries.
• Manage HRIS transactions for onboarding/offboarding.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
