Job summary

Alto is seeking a highly organized Coordinator, HR Operations to support employee lifecycle transactions, recruitment operations, onboarding, HR data, and systems. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, you will be a central point of coordination to deliver a positive employee and candidate experience while upholding data integrity.

Qualifications

• DEC in HR or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years of HR coordination or HR operations in a corporate, fast-paced environment.
• Systems-savvy with a strong interest in HR data and technology and operational excellence.
• Experience with an HRIS (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Customer-focused with collaborative and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRIS employee transactions (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Create/maintain positions, departments, and org structures in the HRIS.
• Prepare employment letters and other employee correspondence.
• Coordinate offboarding and ensure timely terminations.
• Prepare HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Support HR compliance activities, audits, and data validation.
