Job summary

This role requires a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage requests in a high-volume, global environment. You will support onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee data, investigate issues, and ensure transactions comply with SLAs and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years HR admin/operations experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience processing HR transactions across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to employees and managers as primary point of contact.
• Manage HR cases from intake to resolution.
• Process HR transactions in Workday (hires, changes, terminations).
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Guide employees on HR processes and self-service tools.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation.
• Investigate issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
