Job summary

You will lead associate relations, policy maintenance, benefits administration, and health & safety, while partnering with leaders across Canada to deliver compliant, high‑quality HR programs.

The role emphasizes strategic advice, program ownership, and continuous process improvements aligned with company values and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR operational functions and programs experience.
• Experience in high-service retail environment preferred.
• Workday or similar HRIS experience with advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual English and French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Associate relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Maintain HR policies and coordinate annual reviews.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs including open enrollment.
• Own Health & Safety and leave management nationally.
• Support training to develop leaders and drive compliance.
• Support the annual performance development cycle.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
