METRO ON - 5559 Dundas Street W, Ontario, invites an HR Manager to partner with store operations across a broad Ontario district. You will guide HR and labour relations, coach leaders, and ensure policy and collective agreement compliance. Expect travel across the GTA and beyond, with hybrid work flexibility.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience; CHRP/CHRL is a plus. You'll oversee recruitment, performance, onboarding, and safety programs, contributing to a proactive people strategy.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably HRBP or Generalist.
• Experience in a unionized retail environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to deliver tailored HR and labour relations solutions.
• Advise on policies, procedures, legislation, and collective agreements.
• Lead grievance management, investigations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HR processes and training programs.
