The Manager, HR Programs is the driving force behind the programs our Associates rely on every day - Associate relations, health & safety, leave management, HR policy, benefits, performance, and compliance. It's a role with breadth and ownership: you’ll be the trusted advisor leaders turn to, deliver practical solutions to real people challenges, and keep our programs running consistently, efficiently, and true to our Core Values.
** Compensation for this role will be dependent on skills, experience, and seniority. The starting compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 annually.
