Job summary

WellnessLiving is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for Canada and the United States. You will report to the Director of Finance and oversee employee relations, compliance, compensation, and benefits.

In this hybrid role based in Thornhill, ON, you will strengthen HR programs, improve processes, and apply AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency while upholding company values and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive HR experience with HR management exposure.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and U.S. employment laws is required.
• Experience handling investigations, coaching, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for employee relations across North America.
• Lead workplace investigations and document findings.
• Coach managers on performance management and discipline.
• Manage terminations, severance, and communications with payroll/legal.
• Lead engagement surveys and retention initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, leaves, and HR policies.
