Job summary

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Curious and motivated to learn, with a structured analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
Comfortable in a fast-changing environment, resourceful, and ready to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Participate in documenting and updating HR processes.
Help test key HR processes to identify areas for improvement, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Cross-reference pre-established data to validate hypotheses and draft conclusions.
Help draft standard HR procedures (SOPs) based on recommendations.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
