Job summary

EFW Radiology is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations across onboarding, leave administration, records management, and employee engagement. You will work with employees and leaders to ensure compliant and positive HR service delivery in a multi-clinic setting.

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you will help maintain HR documentation, administer policies, coordinate training, and support compensation processes while upholding confidentiality and high

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR Management or related field.
• 1+ year HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards Code and HR practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, onboarding, employee programs, and leave administration.
• Coordinate HR systems, documentation, policies, and communications.
• Assist with compensation documents and payroll-related tasks.
• Develop and maintain employee-facing communications and training resources.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
