Job summary

Recooty in Toronto, Ontario seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR strategy, develop policies, and support business goals across the organization.

You will bridge management and staff relations, oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation, training needs, and ensure legal compliance through HR best practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HR manager or HR executive.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
