Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR and/or operations management experience, regional or multi-site preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and manpower planning.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, employee development, and retention.
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee relations across multiple locations.
  • Lead HR and operations teams to achieve departmental goals and operational excellence.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Develop workforce budgets, manpower plans, and HR forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Establish performance management and staff development programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management on organizational planning and operations.
  • Monitor HR and operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
  • Support regional expansion, restructuring, and workforce-related projects.
  • Execute other strategic HR and operational duties as assigned.

  • Develop workforce budgets, manpower plans, and HR-related forecasts to support strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies to mitigate risks
  • Establish performance management and staff development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Collaborate with senior management on organizational planning and business operations to align HR initiatives with company goals
  • Monitor HR and operational KPIs and prepare regular management reports to inform decision-making
  • Support regional expansion, restructuring, and workforce-related projects to facilitate business growth
  • Execute other strategic HR and operational duties as assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR and/or operations management experience, with regional or multi-site experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and manpower planning
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Experience working across multiple countries or markets is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel when required
