Job summary

Eataly Canada is hiring an HR Intern for a fixed-term role supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration across all stores in the GTA. The intern reports to the HR Generalist and collaborates with the Area HR Business Partner to enhance employee engagement and HR operations.

Responsibilities include triaging HR inquiries, maintaining employee records in HRIS, coordinating interviews, and assisting with metrics analysis. Travel between GTA locations is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of all components of HR including systems, databases and metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with employees and develop engagement activities.
• Manage HR inbox, triage inquiries and respond.
• Maintain employee files in HRIS and training records.
• Support recruitment using ATS: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, collect feedback.
• Organize in-store hiring events and participate in job fairs.
• Promote broad benefits offerings to employees.
• Assist HRBP with metrics and data analysis.
• Perform other duties as required.
