Job summary

Eurest in Montreal is seeking an HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles within our food service teams. You will build pipelines, partner with operations leaders, and drive onboarding and HR processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in HR, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS. This position offers growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment and exposure to total rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including high-volume recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for hourly, salaried, and management roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried food service positions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and hiring strategies.
• Coordinate hiring events to support high-volume recruitment.
• Utilize ATS/HRIS to manage pipelines and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics to support workforce planning and improvement.
• Support onboarding, training compliance, and employee relations issues.
