Vaco by Highspring is seeking an HR professional to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and candidate records for a client in the Greater Toronto Area. You will coordinate orientation, issue employment agreements, and support pre-employment checks.

Also responsible for payroll processing, HR operations, performance management, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and labour market research, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Must reside in the GTA and be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain ATS and candidate records
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities
• Issue employment agreements and complete pre-employment checks
• Review and process employee timecards
• Support payroll changes including new hires, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
• Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Prepare HR correspondence
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Coordinate performance review cycles
• Track learning initiatives and reimbursements
• Maintain HRIS and employee records
• Support HRIS updates, enhancements, and reporting
• Assist employees with HRIS inquiries
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards
• Analyze recruitment, retention, turnover, and absenteeism data
• Conduct compensation and labour market research
• Support HR projects and process improvements
