Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years hands-on payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Payroll certification and post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong accuracy and ability to manage deadline-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly payroll cycle end to end, including expenses, overtime, bonuses, and merit adjustments.
• Verify agency hours and dollars against the time and attendance system to support accurate processing of temporary labour invoices.
• Administer benefits programs and maintain master data within the time and attendance system, including weekly verification of labour hours used to calculate efficiency bonuses.
