Job summary

Supremex is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario, reporting to the HR Business Partner. You will partner with operations across 3 GTA facilities to deliver comprehensive HR support across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
• CHRP designation or working toward it is an asset.
• Manufacturing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Lead local employee engagement initiatives and coordinate the engagement committee.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits administration.
• Support HR reporting, workforce metrics, audits, and compliance.
• Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
• Support Health & Safety programs, JHSC activities, WSIB claims, accommodations, and return-to-work programs.
• Act as a key liaison with Payroll for employee changes and payroll-related inquiries.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the organization
