Job summary

Active Dynamics, Toronto, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our salaried staff. You will act as the main HR contact, advise stakeholders, and drive HR processes to modernize the function while fostering engagement and a positive culture.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, HR data management in Dayforce, policy updates, performance programs, and compliance with ESA/OHSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR, minimum 2 years at a Generalist level.
• Manufacturing experience an asset.
• University Degree or College Diploma in HR Management.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of salaried positions.
• Develop and conduct onboarding surveys after probationary periods.
• Develop and update HR processes and policies to modernize the HR function.
• Support employee needs and engagement, drive health and safety initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and manage data in HRIS (Dayforce, 4S).
