Job summary

SupremeX Inc. in Etobicoke, Ontario is seeking an HR Generalist to join a hands-on, diverse HR team. You will partner with operations to provide HR support across three GTA facilities and report to the HR Business Partner, Central Region.

You’ll handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and engagements, while collaborating with Payroll, Total Rewards, and compliance teams. This is a dynamic role requiring proactive, adaptable professionals at all levels.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• CHRP designation or working toward it is an asset.
• Manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration in partnership with Talent Acquisition
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Support employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Lead local employee engagement initiatives and coordinate the engagement committee
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits administration
• Support HR reporting, workforce metrics, audits, and compliance
• Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
• Support Health & Safety programs, JHSC activities, WSIB claims, accommodations, and return-to-work programs
• Act as a key liaison with Payroll for employee changes and payroll-related inquiries
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the organization
