Job summary

Sahah Naturals, a Montreal-based CPG company, is seeking an HR Generalist to own HR operations across office, warehouse and production teams. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and policy compliance under Quebec standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR generalist roles, French fluency and strong English, with HRIS/ATS experience. This is a hands‑on role on a hybrid schedule in Montreal.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a generalist HR role, ideally in manufacturing, warehousing or CPG.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in HR, Industrial Relations or related field; CRHA is an asset.
• Solid knowledge of Quebec labour standards, CNESST health & safety, pay equity.
• Fluent French; strong English required for daily collaboration with US/UK partners.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, JazzHR); comfort with Slack, Asana, Google Workspace.
• Strong judgement, discretion, communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations and compliance including policies and records.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and offboarding end-to-end.
• Advise managers on performance issues and progressive discipline.
• Run annual/quarterly performance reviews and support planning events.
• Manage employer brand content, including LinkedIn and open roles.
