Job summary

High Tech Genesis is seeking an HR operations professional to support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to payroll and engagement. This role emphasizes accuracy in HRIS data, contract generation, and training coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a university HR degree with 3+ years in HR and a possible CRHA/CHRP/SHRM asset, and are bilingual in English and French. The position is based in our Montreal office with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a Human resources position (recruitment, HR admin, etc.).
• CRHA, CHRP or SHRM certification will be considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data in BambooHR and HR documents.
• Support recruitment with hiring managers and update information in ATS.
• Generate offer letters/employment contracts and conduct background checks for onboarding.
• Help organize group and individual training sessions and track training expenses.
• Assist with performance reviews and provide insights on results.
• Manage payroll processing bi-weekly and group benefits onboarding/offboarding.
• Communicate company news and promote engagement within the organization.
