Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience across the employee lifecycle, HR compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR systems, data reporting, Excel; LMS administration or Workday is an asset.
• Experience with SharePoint and LinkedIn for employee communications is an asset.
• University degree or college diploma in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, leaves, departures, letters, and day-to-day HR activities.
• Support HR compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records and timely reports.
• Draft and coordinate HR communications; update SharePoint content and assist with LinkedIn updates per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee data and training records; run reports and assist with LMS activities.
• Support Workday-related activities, data validation, process reviews, and project needs.
• Participate in HR programs and annual cycles: performance, compensation, talent, employee relations, labour relations.
• Assist with recruitment: job postings, interviews, candidate communications, offer support, recruitment tracking.
