Job summary

AllRock Consulting Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support talent acquisition, employee coordination, and administrative tasks across Ontario and Newfoundland. This full-time role offers exposure to recruitment processes, travel logistics, and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a business diploma, strong communication, and a drive to build relationships while maintaining confidentiality. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Advanced understanding of word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support: post ads, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Employee Coordination & Travel Logistics: arrange site access, travel, accommodations, and onboarding.
• Administrative Support & Documentation: prepare HR forms and maintain organized files.
• Safety: participate in OHS committee meetings and manage safety documents.
• Administrative: assist with various administrative tasks across HR operations.
