Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) seeks a Houseperson to maintain cleanliness and order in all common areas and deliver prompt, courteous service to guests. This role requires strong time management, responsiveness to guest requests, and a commitment to high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The position involves supporting housekeepers, handling luggage services, and working in a team-oriented, mountain-resort environment with opportunities for growth across CRMR properties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Professional, courteous customer service skills.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, stretch and stand for long periods.
  • Responsible, team player with strong time-management abilities.
  • Flexible schedule – days, evenings, weekends.
  • Can work productively in outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Clean public washrooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators, etc.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and amenities.
  • Remove trash and recycling, assist with linen delivery.
  • Provide luggage service, room supplies delivery, guest requests.
  • Support housekeepers in cleaning rooms when needed.
  • Drive company vehicles for deliveries when required.
  • Maintain radio contact with leadership and front desk.
  • Adhere to appearance standards and dress code policies.
  • Comply with health, safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
