Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Bell Person to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide reliable transportation between lodge properties. You will act as the face of CRMR, delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest comfort from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Proven safe driving record with winter conditions experience.
  • Strong communication, organization and time management.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and endure physical demands.
  • Flexible schedule – able to workdays, evenings, weekends.
  • Familiarity with local area and attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide guest transportation by shuttle.
  • Offer guests information about lodge services, local area attractions, and facilities.
  • Communicate delays or issues impacting shuttle services.
  • Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance.
  • Adhere to safe driving practices based on training, weather, and road conditions.
  • Assist guest services through special deliveries, snow removal, lobby support.
  • Respond professionally to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, bell storage areas.
  • Assist guests requiring mobility assistance to their rooms.
  • Support front desk agents during peak check-in/out times.
  • Participate in emergency response procedures when required.
  • Attend training to acquire full knowledge of company policies, procedures.
  • Present professional appearance aligned with uniform standards
  • Other tasks as assigned by leadership.

As key members of the Guest Services team, Shuttle Drivers/Bell Persons are the face of Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts, delivering both the first and last impressions to guests. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional care during guest arrivals and departures, offering efficient, informative, and exemplary customer service, and ensuring safe transportation.
