Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hotel management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations in absence of General Manager.
• Approve plans, budgets, staffing, and operating procedures for all departments.
• Monitor budgets and take corrective action to meet goals.
• Maintain safety procedures and energy management programs.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Prepare and implement long-range and annual plans and forecasts.
• Investigate and respond to guest complaints.
