Fairmont Chateau Whistler is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to oversee the Guest Services department, driving guest satisfaction and smooth operations across Valet, Bell Services, Shuttle Operations, Ski Valet, and Bike Valet.
You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and maintain the highest service standards while coordinating with other departments to enhance the guest experience year-round.

As the Assistant Guest Services Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services department - including Valet, Bell Services, Shuttle Operations, Ski Valet, and Bike Valet - while fostering an engaged, high-performing team. By showcasing your leadership and interpersonal strengths, you will maximize operational efficiency, uphold the highest standards of service excellence, and ensure every guest interaction is transformed into a memorable experience.
$66,000 - $69,000 gross annually, depending on education and experience
