• Previous Front Desk experience required.
• Must work 2 NIGHT AUDIT SHIFTS PER WEEK to cover full time Night Audit days off
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every interaction.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery situations.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, emails, and phone inquiries.
• Provide local area, hotel, and amenity information.
• Support the Front Desk Manager in daily operations.
• Train, coach, and support Front Desk team members.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and operational needs.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and Night Audit is required.
• Assist with Night Audit coverage 2 days per week
• Support other departments during busy periods.
• Follow and promote all Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
