Watermark Beach Resort is seeking a General Maintenance Associate to maintain and repair interior and exterior facilities, including electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and kitchen systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, document data, and respond to guest concerns to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to work independently or in a team, and willingness to work flexible hours to support hotel operations.

Formación

• Hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing or related trades.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules in a hotel setting.
• Good communication skills and client-facing professionalism.
• Comfort with shift work, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain exterior and interior facilities, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating, cooling, and kitchen systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record data accurately in daily reports.
• Repair guest rooms, public spaces and heart of house areas as directed.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly to minimize disruption.
• Train junior staff and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
