IDM Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Eagle Harbor Inn in Door County, Wisconsin. You will oversee the day-to-day hotel engineering operations, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with standards and budget adherence.
You will supervise and mentor the maintenance team, respond to requests, and interact with guests to resolve issues, including after-hours on-call coverage.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel engineering department, attaining hotel and departmental goals, and adhering to company standards. Supervises, develops and maintains ongoing maintenance operation for hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms, HVAC units, ice machines, pools, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, water softeners, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, etc.
4 years hands on experience in commercial property and/or residential maintenance operations required
Previous HVAC experience required
Previous pool operator experience desired but not required
2-year relevant degree from an accredited institution desired

The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and/or Rooms Division Manager, and has limited scope of supervisory responsibilities based on function of position.
Ability to lift to 75lbs, clearly verbally communicate with employees and public. speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, and bend.
Limited travel including by car, may be required due to business operations
