Responsibilities

• Perform ceramic tile installation, grouting, and repairs.
• Handle basic carpentry work and assist with building projects.
• Carry out plumbing repairs on toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
• Repair drywall and perform painting touch-ups.
• Conduct small appliance and furniture repairs.
• Fix doors, windows, and hardware.
• Perform electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets).
• Complete regular mechanical maintenance and chemical maintenance routines.
• Assist with the inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Inspect and maintain guest rooms according to set standards.
• Safely lift heavy objects and work at heights when needed.
• Support the team with additional maintenance tasks as required.
• Interact with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
