Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Building Custodian to keep guest areas and building exteriors in top condition. This front-line role requires flexibility, including weekend and holiday shifts, and a commitment to service excellence.

You will troubleshoot minor repairs, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with a multi-functional team to ensure safe, well-maintained spaces throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Must communicate well in English – verbal and written.
• Must have physical stamina and good time management.
• Ability to work shift work, including weekends and holidays.
• Security clearance required upon offer of employment.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Techis a front-line professional who ensures guests have a positive experience by maintaining all areas of the building, both internal and external. The Building Custodian must represent the hotel through excellence in service, skill and efficiency. The Building Custodian is required to maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays.
