Job summary

Crest Hotel in Prince Rupert, BC is seeking a hospitality professional to support operations on site. You will coordinate activities across departments, perform duties at the level of supervised staff, and prepare reports to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 1 year to 2 years of experience, secondary education or equivalent, and a focus on guest service and teamwork. On-site work ensures in-person guest assistance and operations support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred in hospitality or service roles.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Comfort while assisting guests with special needs.
• Willingness to train and onboard staff as needed.
• Strong reporting and administrative duties capability.
