Job summary

Park Place Lodge in Canada is seeking a capable operations supervisor to manage daily hotel operations, front desk duties, and staff performance. You will develop policies, recruit and train personnel, and ensure guest satisfaction in a rural hotel setting.

Relocation is encouraged with staff accommodation available, plus on-site parking and wellness programs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated front desk and guest service capabilities.
• Ability to develop and implement operations policies and procedures.
