Job summary

Quality Inn is seeking a hotel supervisor in Nanaimo to coordinate activities across departments, establish schedules, and ensure service quality. You will perform duties of supervised staff and assist guests with special needs, while preparing reports for management.

The role requires a secondary school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent. This is a permanent, full-time position with standard hotel hours.
