Job summary

Super 8 Campbellton is seeking a guest services/hospitality staff member to coordinate daily operations at the on-site location. The role involves assisting guests with special needs, scheduling tasks, and maintaining service quality in a hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to under 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and a completed secondary school diploma. On-site work with a pension plan as part of benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• On-site work only with no remote option.
• English language required.
• Experience in hotel or guest services is preferred.
• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Coordinate, assign and review work.
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
