Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure, ensuring a positive overall experience
• Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and provide accurate information to guests
• Organize and control guest seating according to established procedures
• Set up, maintain, and organize the host stand, menus, and front-of-house areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and designated areas
• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables as needed
• Deliver room service orders to guest rooms according to established standards
• Provide attentive guest service by responding to requests and assisting with directions or needs
• Maintain strong communication and teamwork with staff and management
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning checklists
• Follow company standards for professionalism, appearance, and guest service
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
