Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Promote the hotel's rooms, meeting spaces, catering services, and special offerings.
• Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and attract new business.
• Work closely with teams across the hotel to create outstanding guest experiences.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and other sales-related documents accurately and on time.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date client records.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, client meetings, and property tours.
• Help plan and support marketing and sales campaigns.
• Respond to inquiries from guests, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve concerns and know when to involve other team members for additional support.
• Support other departments whenever needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
