Job summary

Sterling Homes Edmonton is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee the sales centre, guide the team, and drive sales from contract to possession. You will ensure top-tier customer service and maintain show homes in excellent condition while analyzing the market.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP tools. Willingness to travel to sites and work evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales centre and manage the sales process from sale to possession.
• Represent the business unit in the sale of townhouses and/or bungalows.
• Develop and provide guidance to sales team; manage daily tasks and direction.
• Market products, drive traffic, and maintain brand integrity; engage on social media.
• Ensure show homes are presentable and conduct competitive analysis.
