Job summary

Campus Tower Suite Hotel, located in Edmonton, invites applications for a Sales Manager. You will build relationships with clients and community partners, serve as main contact for clients, and promote rooms, meeting spaces, catering, and special offerings.

With at least three years in sales (hospitality preferred), you will identify new revenue opportunities, coordinate with hotel teams, and prepare sales documents while maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners.

• Help plan and support marketing and sales campaigns.
• Respond to inquiries from guests, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve concerns and know when to involve other team members for additional support.
• Support other departments whenever needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

What you'll do
