Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with at least 5 years in foodservice or related management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and weekly financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and frontline hospitality standards.
• Demonstrate expert front-of-house service culture and guest experience design.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain service levels.
• Develop customized event plans and coordinate F&B services.
• Plan menu, merchandising, and unit marketing initiatives.
• Lead promotional campaigns to drive guest engagement.
• Present to clients and oversee catering departments during peak service.
• Ensure compliance with QA, health, safety, sustainability programs.
• Maintain adherence to brand standards and audit requirements.
