Job summary

Desjardins Insurance Agency in Burlington is seeking a full‑time agent to promote Auto, Home, Commercial and Life insurance products. You will work with clients, meet deadlines, and help manage risk while aiming to hit monthly sales targets.

Training is provided for licensed candidates, with a 4‑day work week possible after training and a starting salary of around CAD 55,000. This is not a remote role and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• LLQP license preferred but not required at time of interview.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic.
• Diligent and hardworking.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills
