Job summary

Desjardins Insurance Agency in Burlington is seeking a full-time insurance advisor to communicate Auto, Home, Commercial and Life products to clients. You’ll help clients understand coverage, assess risks and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive problem solving and strong communication. Training will be provided, with opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with insurance products and risk management.
• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.

Preferred But Not Required

• Other Than Life (OTL) License or Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) License
• Sales experience
