Desjardins Insurance in Dieppe, NB seeks an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who is fully bilingual in English and French. The role combines client service and sales for Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance, with opportunities to protect clients’ assets and financial futures.

You’ll work with a supportive team in a full-time, on-site environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both official languages, customer-service oriented, organized, and motivated by growth.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken & written)
• Strong customer service experience
• Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Comfortable in a sales-focused environment
• Strong computer skills and typing ability (40+ WPM)
• General Insurance License (Level 1 or 2) is an asset
• LLQP certification is an asset but not required
• Licensed candidates preferred; unlicensed considered with strong sales/service experience
