Todd O'Donnell - Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking an Insurance Sales & Client Success Specialist in Cambridge, ON. The role focuses on selling Home, Auto, and Life Insurance while building lasting relationships with local businesses and clients.

With a pathway to agency ownership, training and coaching are provided. A dynamic team environment offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in Canada.
• Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing) is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Strong grasp of English language.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory; sponsorship available).
