Job summary

Desjardins Insurance Cambridge is seeking an Insurance Sales & Client Success Specialist to join a top-performing team in Cambridge, Ontario. Build tailored Home, Auto and Life insurance solutions while developing leads and conducting value-driven conversations with clients.

You'll receive coaching, tools, and the potential to own an agency one day, with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a supportive culture that balances hard work with celebration of success.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years customer service experience in Canada.
• Some sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing) preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Strong grasp of English language.
• Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory—we’ll sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).
