Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Kettle Campaign Coordinator for a short-term contract. The role involves managing kettles, coordinating volunteers, and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses to ensure successful fundraising during the Christmas season.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience or work in customer service.
• Money handling experience is an asset.
• Experience in office administration is preferred.
• Must have strong skills with word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and pickup of kettles to/from sites daily; ensure donation security.
• Oversee recruitment and scheduling of kettle volunteers; supervise shifts.
• Liaise with local businesses to secure kettle locations and provide site support.
• Record data and prepare a end-of-campaign report with highlights and recommendations.
