Job summary

The Salvation Army Dunnville is seeking a part-time Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator to oversee multiple kettle locations within a defined zone. You will supervise kettle volunteers, manage scheduling, and ensure secure donations during shifts in malls and stores around Dunnville, Ontario.

The role requires customer-service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of related experience or working in customer service.
• Money handling experience is an asset.
• Experience in office administration.
• Strong word processing and Excel skills.
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Attend training/orientation for The Salvation Army and the Christmas Kettle Campaign.
• Coordinate kettle locations and staffing; schedule staff/volunteers.
• Ensure kettle donations are secured and delivered to the proper location.
• Maintain timesheets and mileage reports; report issues to supervisor.
• Recruit kettle workers/volunteers and provide onboarding and guidance.
• Coordinate kettle deliveries/pickups and ensure supplies at sites.
• Answer donor questions and promote SA ministries and programs.
