Job summary

Red Mountain Resort is hiring High Performance Rental Technicians for the 2026/27 Winter Season. You will outfit guests with demo rental equipment, ensure safe operation, and provide a fun environment.

Knowledge of current ski and board technology is required, with binding certification preferred. Responsibilities include guiding guests through the rental process, adjusting bindings, maintaining a tidy workspace, handling cash and POS transactions, and staying aware of safety standards during

Qualifications

• Binding certification required (training provided).
• Ski and/or snowboard product knowledge.
• Customer service experience required with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the rental process and ensure forms are completed.
• Provide equipment and adjust bindings according to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and restock supplies.
• Wax and/or tune equipment as directed by service technicians.
